The Seahawks bled value on every deal, hence the D-.

The trade table was where it all came apart. The Seahawks shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through edge rusher. If Mahogany pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. However the rest shakes out, Mims at that price is a win they earned.

They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, edge rusher very much included.

Pick16 Rnd1 Rome Odunze
In the Round 1 slot they get a matchup problem out wide at fair value. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
Pick41 Rnd2 Amarius Mims
Good things come to war rooms that wait, and Amarius Mims at Round 2, Pick 9 is the proof. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
Pick58 Rnd2 Junior Colson
A clean, defensible pick in the 58th overall pick with a little surplus value in Junior Colson. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
Pick81 Rnd3 Renardo Green
They did well to land Renardo Green in pick No. 81, just ahead of his grade. A quiet depth add at a thin-ish spot.
Pick88 Rnd3 Christian Mahogany
They paid a round early for Christian Mahogany in slot 88, more than the board wanted. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
Pick102 Rnd4 Maason Smith
They went early on Maason Smith in No. 102, and the value did not follow. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
Pick118 Rnd4 James Williams
No drama and no debate, James Williams went about where he belonged in pick 118. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
