After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Lions committed. Carson Beck is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B-.

They will need Barham to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. That is a cornerback worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
