The Bills let Neal fall and pounced. Final grade: B.

Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Devin Neal got past him. The Bills do not have to explain a thing at No. 204. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain. Porter has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
