The Packers spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Savion Williams, the No. 92 name on the board, in the Round 4 slot. A dependable weekend that grades out a B-.

The Dellinger pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it. Cornerback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the edge rusher spot they never got to.

Good price on Donovan Jackson in pick 87, a hair ahead of his grade with no real quibbles. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.

Savion Williams in the Round 4 slot should not have been possible, and that is the whole point. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.

Chase Lundt at the 159th pick is neither steal nor reach, just the going rate. The roster fit checks out.

Somehow Jack Nelson was still sitting there in Round 6, Pick 22, and they pounced on premier offensive lineman value. It fills a real need, too.

Isaac TeSlaa slid further than he should have, and the 237th overall pick is lovely value for the wide receiver. A need, and now a little less of one.
