A costly weekend of dealing drags the Raiders to a D-.

You can hear the double-takes from here. The Raiders took Dante Dowdell at pick No. 180, roughly 133 spots before his name belonged. Hard to defend, and the D- reflects that.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped tight end, which is a strange place to end up.

Landing Laloulu that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. The bill for those future picks comes due whether the class hits or not.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and tight end is still a hole.
