You could see the war room lean forward. Ollie Gordon II at pick No. 246 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. They executed a plan and it shows in the A-.

The cost of the Williams reach is exactly the players who went right after him. The phones were where this weekend was really won. Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

Add it up and few war rooms did better this weekend, Will Campbell and all.
