The Giants did not so much draft Jaxson Dart as overpay for him, 35 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend.

That Johnson pick is the receipt they will wave around later. A whole weekend of picks and interior defensive lineman is somehow still a want.

They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
