A sensible, unshowy class lands the Giants a B-.

The tape said wait; the Giants did not. Charles Grant went at pick 65, a good 25 picks before the board was ready. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped wide receiver, which is a strange place to end up. That Kone pick is the receipt they will wave around later.

Interior defensive lineman was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
