The Giants drew a line under the quarterback search with Ward: B-.

The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Giants spent their marquee pick on Cam Ward, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback.

The Pierce pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. Every board in the league had Garcia lower, and that gap is the story.

They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
