You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Dolphins did exactly that with Zachariah Branch in the 86th pick. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B-.

The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The Pavia value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.

They went 5 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
