The Chiefs robbed the room for Skattebo. Final grade: B.

Somebody in No. 132 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Chiefs sat still while Cam Skattebo, the No. 99 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. The roster is better shaped than it was, with wide receiver chief among the fixes.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.

Pick31 Rnd1 Tyler Warren

In pick 31 they get a moveable chess piece at tight end, outstanding value to boot. The biggest hole, addressed.

Pick63 Rnd2 Aireontae Ersery

They read the board right and Aireontae Ersery was the payoff at the Round 2 slot. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
