More right than wrong for the Steelers, and a B- to prove it.

You can usually follow a front office's logic. This one is harder. The Steelers spent pick No. 87 on Maason Smith while quarterback, edge rusher and other spots sat unaddressed. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. They banked enough surplus on Tampa to cover a lot of smaller sins.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
