The trade table was where it all came apart. The 49ers shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill. A weekend to file away and forget, and an F to match.

They have staked the next five years on Dante Moore, which is the only story that really matters here. The offensive lineman spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

The bill for those future picks comes due whether the class hits or not.

About as rough as a weekend gets on paper, with offensive lineman still staring back at them.
