MM DRAFTING FOR THESeahawks

FutureB-
The Seahawks finally solved quarterback, and it carried them to a D. The Seahawks lost the trade war and it was not close, handing partners the better end again and again.
Whatever Cam Ward becomes, the front office has tied its fortunes to the answer. On value alone, Cook makes the weekend a net positive.
Stutsman has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. Job largely done: edge rusher settled and 8 of 8 of the wish list covered.
In the end, a class the front office will want to grow past quickly.
Pick Analysis
Pick6
Rnd1
Cam Ward
In the Round 1 slot they get their guy under center for the next decade. A real need, handled.
Pick29
Rnd1
Nic Scourton
In pick No. 29 they get a quarterback's worst nightmare at fair value. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
Pick30
Rnd1
Deone Walker
In pick 30 they get a run-stuffing presence up front. A clean fit for the roster.
Pick33
Rnd2
Isaiah Bond
Isaiah Bond at No. 33 is a sensible buy, a touch better than market for the wide receiver. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
Pick47
Rnd2
Aireontae Ersery
A premium they did not need to pay, Aireontae Ersery a notch or two before his time. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
Pick50
Rnd2
Donovan Jackson
A market-rate offensive lineman, with the board and the slot shaking hands on Donovan Jackson. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
Pick61
Rnd2
Emery Jones Jr.
They took Emery Jones Jr. at par in Round 2, Pick 29, which is nothing to complain about. This was priority one on the needs board, and now it is handled.
Pick62
Rnd2
Dylan Fairchild
Nice patience on Dylan Fairchild, who had no business lasting to the 62nd overall pick. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
Pick78
Rnd3
Tyler Warren
The board fumbled Tyler Warren all the way to slot 78, and they scooped it up. A need, and now a little less of one.
Pick82
Rnd3
Danny Stutsman
A reach on Danny Stutsman in No. 82; the board had better options right there. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
Pick94
Rnd3
Sebastian Castro
Sebastian Castro in the 94th pick is fair value, right on his grade. A quiet depth add at a thin-ish spot.
Pick97
Rnd3
Maxwell Hairston
Quietly one of the better values of the day, Maxwell Hairston at pick No. 97. Depth more than a fix, but depth they can use.
Pick136
Rnd4
Evan Stewart
They barely believed it either: Evan Stewart still on the board at Round 4, Pick 35. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
Pick194
Rnd6
Henry Parrish Jr.
They paid sticker price for Henry Parrish Jr. in pick 194, and that is fine. It fills a real need, too.
Pick210
Rnd6
Brady Cook
A quarterback of that caliber at the Round 6 slot is the definition of value, full stop. The roster fit checks out.
Pick230
Rnd7
Brennan Presley
Brennan Presley at the 230th overall pick is daylight robbery; nobody expected him to last. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.
