Call it larceny. A'Mauri Washington sat on the board until pick 63, and the Commanders did not need to be asked twice. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B.

For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain. Stockpiling next year's capital is patient, if unglamorous, asset work.

They gave back a little on the phones for the right to move. They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the edge rusher spot they never got to.
