The rest of the league will want that one back. Kobe King tumbling to the Lions in pick No. 198 is a gift they did not have to think twice about. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B-.

Every board in the league had Joyner lower, and that gap is the story. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with cornerback chief among the fixes. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
