More right than wrong for the 49ers, and a B to prove it.

There is reaching, and then there is Thor Griffith at slot 252. The 49ers jumped the board by 62 and dared it to prove them wrong. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

Moore at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up. Small wins on the phones, but wins all the same.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
