A costly weekend of dealing drags the Seahawks to a D-.

There is reaching, and then there is Kevin Jennings at slot 134. The Seahawks jumped the board by 132 and dared it to prove them wrong. The math is unkind, and the D- follows.

However the rest shakes out, Paul Jr. at that price is a win they earned. The trade table is where this weekend went wrong.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with edge rusher chief among the fixes. Trading back for volume was the quiet throughline of their weekend.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even.
