The Seahawks lost the trade table, and the D- tells the story.

The phones were a trap the Seahawks kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. Hard to defend, and the D- reflects that.

With running back and interior defensive lineman unsolved, spending premium capital on DT-EDGE is the choice that costs them. The running back hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

They are betting Smith proves the room right and everyone else wrong.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, running back very much included.
