They will call it conviction in the building and a reach everywhere else: Cody Simon, 66 picks early at the 233rd pick. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

Leaving wide receiver unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
