A sensible, unshowy class lands the Eagles a B-.

There is conviction, and then there is this. The Eagles took Jasheen Davis a full 194 picks ahead of where the board had him, an overdraft steep enough that it colors the whole weekend. It nets out to a B-, which feels about right.

On value alone, Mukuba makes the weekend a net positive. They punted on cornerback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The roster is better shaped than it was, with edge rusher chief among the fixes.

Trading back for volume was the quiet throughline of their weekend.
