The 49ers torched the value chart for Stone Handy, taking him 88 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.

On value alone, King makes the weekend a net positive. With running back, quarterback and other spots unsolved, spending premium capital on specialist is the choice that costs them.

The running back spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. A modest surplus at the table, banked quietly.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
