Kiser should have been long gone. The Packers pounced, and earned a B+.

The board owed the Packers one, and it paid up: Jack Kiser, the No. 198 name on the board, sitting there at the 251st overall pick like a gift left on the doorstep. Good, not great, and the B+ says as much.
