The Falcons finally solved quarterback, and it carried them to a B-.

The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Falcons spent their marquee pick on Michael Penix Jr., and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

A whole weekend of picks and interior defensive lineman is somehow still a want. With interior defensive lineman and edge rusher unsolved, spending premium capital on DT-EDGE is the choice that costs them.

Reaching for McClellan left real value on the table behind him.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
