Somebody in the Round 7 slot was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Bears sat still while Donovan Edwards, the No. 186 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. Every board in the league had Jackson lower, and that gap is the story. That cornerback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

The Lukas Van Ness deal gives the class an established piece to lean on.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but cornerback.
