The Steelers clearly saw something nobody else did in Drake Nugent, taking him 71 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced.

The Mitchell steal is the beam this whole class leans on. The Limmer pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at interior defensive lineman, safety and other spots. The interior defensive lineman hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

They left with quarterback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
