The Buccaneers did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Jeffrey Bassa fell into No. 210.

The Bryant reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. Spending an early pick on linebacker with tight end, edge rusher and other spots open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped tight end, which is a strange place to end up.

Add it up and few war rooms did better this weekend, Nick Emmanwori and all.
