The 49ers lost the trade table, and the D- tells the story.

Nobody had Barryn Sorrell this high, and it is not close. The 49ers reached 117 spots to get him at the Round 6 slot.

They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. That Johnson pick is the receipt they will wave around later. The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, quarterback very much included.
