The Steelers clearly saw something nobody else did in Xavier Truss, taking him 111 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Small wins on the phones, but wins all the same. The roster is better shaped than it was, with interior defensive lineman chief among the fixes.

Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
