The Bills let Kamara fall and pounced. Final grade: D-.

The phones were a trap the Bills kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. Hard to defend, and the D- reflects that.

They banked enough surplus on Kamara to cover a lot of smaller sins. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped tight end, which is a strange place to end up.

If Bortolini pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even.
