Quarterback settled, Penix Jr. in the fold, and a B for the Seahawks.

The Seahawks looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Jack Westover at the Round 7 slot regardless, 83 picks early. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

The whole projection now runs through Michael Penix Jr.; hit there and everything else looks smarter. Getting Beebe where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.

They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it. Job largely done: offensive lineman settled and 6 of 8 of the wish list covered.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
