You build a draft on nights like this. Jacob Cowing had no business being available in Round 6, Pick 19, and the Bengals did the only sane thing and turned in the card. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.

The Logue reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want.

They went 6 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
