The Giants cashed the board's mistake on Weigman: A-.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Giants were there to profit. Conner Weigman, the No. 84 name on the board, should have been long gone before Round 7, Pick 8. Little to argue with here, and the A- says so.

The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. Leaving running back unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own.

The cost of the Rucci reach is exactly the players who went right after him.

Bottom line, with James Pearce Jr. leading the way, this is a class that should pay off fast and rarely be regretted.
