You build a draft on nights like this. Miyan Williams had no business being available in pick 253, and the Jets did the only sane thing and turned in the card. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B+.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. They are betting Hall proves the room right and everyone else wrong.

A whole weekend of picks and cornerback is somehow still a want. The Jets paired the rookies with proven help, Julian Blackmon leading the way.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the cornerback spot they never got to.
