The Dolphins clearly saw something nobody else did in Steven Parker, taking him 152 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Carter. The dealing nudged the ledger their way without much fuss.

Quarterback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
