The Bears torched the value chart for Taulia Tagovailoa, taking him 43 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. The whole projection now runs through J.J. McCarthy; hit there and everything else looks smarter.

The Bishop pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with running back, cornerback and other spots still on the board. For all the activity, running back went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even.
