The Bears spent real capital to be 97 picks early on Tanor Bortolini, and the board is going to hold them to it. It grades a D, and the process earned it.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. The whole projection now runs through J.J. McCarthy; hit there and everything else looks smarter. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up.
