Best value of the weekend goes to the Bills for Phillips: B-.

The Bills spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Jordan Phillips, the No. 106 name on the board, in the Round 5 slot. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.

TeSlaa has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. With offensive lineman, edge rusher and other spots unsolved, spending premium capital on cornerback is the choice that costs them.

The offensive lineman hole is the one line item this class does not answer. On the needs board they went 6 of 9, with linebacker the one that mattered most.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but offensive lineman.
