Larceny in pick 91 lands the Bills a B, Ramsey and all.

Call it larceny. Kamari Ramsey sat on the board until the Round 3 slot, and the Bills did not need to be asked twice. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Reaching for Fields left real value on the table behind him. Linebacker is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.

Pick Analysis
Pick26 Rnd1 Arvell Reese
In pick No. 26 they get a green-dot type in the middle, and a steal at that. The biggest hole, addressed.
Pick60 Rnd2 Malachi Fields
They paid a round early for Malachi Fields in the Round 2 slot, more than the board wanted. That was the need underlined and circled, and now it is checked off.
Pick91 Rnd3 Kamari Ramsey
Steal is underselling it; Kamari Ramsey at pick 91 is a heist with the alarm still ringing. A sensible fit for a spot that needed help.
Pick126 Rnd4 Tim Keenan III
Tim Keenan III at Round 4, Pick 26 is right where the board had him, plain and simple. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
Pick166 Rnd5 Pat Coogan
They paid sticker price for Pat Coogan in No. 166, and that is fine. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.
Pick220 Rnd7 Dijon Johnson
Dijon Johnson in the 220th overall pick is exactly on the number, no argument either way. A quiet depth add at a thin-ish spot.
Pick228 Rnd7 Keyron Crawford
Keyron Crawford in the 228th pick is fair value, right on his grade. A need, and now a little less of one.
