The Rylie Mills pick is the one that will follow the Texans into the fall. They took him 44 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so. The bottom line is a respectable B-.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through edge rusher. They left with running back solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
