The Texans did the meat-and-potatoes work well: B-.

You can draft well and still miss the point. The Texans did plenty of tidy work and somehow never got around to wide receiver, which was the need that mattered most.

They banked enough surplus on Banks to cover a lot of smaller sins. Running back is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but wide receiver.
