The 49ers robbed the room for Okunlola. Final grade: B+.

Give the war room a raise for the dealing alone. The 49ers came out ahead on every exchange that mattered, and it was not close.

However the rest shakes out, Okunlola at that price is a win they earned. The Nelson pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. For all the activity, linebacker went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Job largely done: offensive lineman settled and 7 of 8 of the wish list covered.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
