The board owed the Jets one, and it paid up: Cam Skattebo, the No. 114 name on the board, sitting there at pick 207 like a gift left on the doorstep. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

The cornerback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Every board in the league had Frazier lower, and that gap is the story. The roster is better shaped than it was, with quarterback chief among the fixes.
