The Bears did the meat-and-potatoes work well: B.

The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Bears reached some 45 spots for Hunter Nourzad, and value like that does not grow back.

The interior defensive lineman spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. They gave back a little on the phones for the right to move. Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
