The Giants turned the phones into found money: A-. Whoever sat across the table from the Giants should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend. A near-flawless weekend of work, and a A- to cap it.
On value alone, Trapilo makes the weekend a net positive. They will need Powell-Ryland to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.
Bryce Young gives the group a proven body among the projects. The future picks help the war chest more than the win-now roster.
In the end it comes back to Ashton Jeanty, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
