The Bears lost the trade table, and the C+ tells the story.

The phones were a trap the Bears kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. It nets out a thoroughly average C+.

They are betting Keegan proves the room right and everyone else wrong. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped linebacker, which is a strange place to end up.

Rice at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

Hit on Marvin Harrison Jr. and the swing picks, and this ages a lot better than it grades today.
