You build a draft on nights like this. Blake Fisher had no business being available in pick 133, and the Cardinals did the only sane thing and turned in the card.

That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Every board in the league had Taylor III lower, and that gap is the story. Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 4 of 8 of the wish list covered.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
