The Bears won the weekend at the trade table. Grade: A-.

The war room fell hard for Richard Jibunor, and it showed at Round 7, Pick 5: 95 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas. Just about everything broke right, and the A- follows.

Getting Harris where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. The phones were where this weekend was really won.

Spending an early pick on DT-EDGE with linebacker and quarterback open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped linebacker, which is a strange place to end up.

Bottom line, with Joe Alt leading the way, this is a class that should pay off fast and rarely be regretted.
