More right than wrong for the 49ers, and a B- to prove it.

You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The 49ers did exactly that with Omar Brown in pick No. 251.

That Magee pick is the receipt they will wave around later. It is not that Solomon is a bad player; it is that the 49ers had louder needs to answer first.

That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Offensive lineman was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
