You could see the war room lean forward. Keylan Rutledge at pick 95 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. Call it a sensible B+, earned the boring way.

They will need Rucci to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through interior defensive lineman. On the needs board they went 4 of 8, with edge rusher the one that mattered most.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
